The 2007 figures of Tunis Re

The Tunisian national reinsurer has published its 2007 figures. The total of gross earned premiums amounts to 50 178 325 TND (43.2 million USD); the technical result is clearly on the rise, climbing from 1 051 520 TND (907 116 USD) in 2006 to 17 763 445 TND (15.3 million USD) in 2007 while the 2007 financial year's net profits amounted to 4 557 932 TND (3.9 million USD), which means an 11% increase in comparison with the 2006 fiscal year. Likewise for shareholders' equity which reported a 4% increase in relation to 2006.
