Zurich withdraws from New China Life

The insurance group Zurich has confirmed the sale of its entire stake in New China Life Insurance. The Swiss insurer held 292.5 million shares that is a 9.4% of the capital. The transaction is estimated at 697 million EUR (946 million USD).
