Tangerine Life Insurance acquires ARM Life

Tangerine Life InsuranceTangerine Life Insurance, formerly known as Metropolitan Life Insurance Nigeria, has completed the acquisition of the Nigerian insurer ARM Life. The merger process started in Q1 2020.

This transaction enables Tangerine Life Insurance to strengthen its position in the Nigerian life insurance market.
