According to GlobalData, the Taiwanese non-life insurance market's turnover is expected to reach 277 billion TWD (9.8 billion USD) in 2025 compared to 200.1 billion TWD (7.1 billion USD) in 2020. The average annual growth rate is estimated at 6.7%.
The premium growth depends on the evolution of the motor and property classes of business which represent respective market shares of 53.7% and 20.1%.
The development of new third-party liability products would also contribute to the non-life insurance growth.
