Swiss Re to support Indian academia

Swiss Re has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Institute of Insurance and Risk Management (IIRM), an Indian organization dedicated to the training of executives in the financial sector.

Through this agreement, Swiss Re Global Business India, a subsidiary of the Swiss group, will assist the IIRM in the establishment of the postgraduate diploma in management.

The reinsurer undertakes to offer short modules, organize conferences around reinsurance topics and create internship opportunities for the students.
