Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Company: decrease in share capital

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the reduction by half of the share capital of Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance.

The latter moved from 300 million SAR (79.62 million USD) to 150 million SAR (39.81 million USD), thus reducing the number of shares from 30 000 000 to 15 000 000.
