Santam increases its stake in Mirabilis to 100%

Santam has acquired 45% of the capital of Mirabilis Engineering Underwriting Managers, a local company specialized in engineering and construction risk underwriting.

The South African group now holds 100% of the company's capital. The transaction is yet to be approved by the competent authorities. The amount of the transaction has not been revealed.
