Sanlam acquires majority stake in Q Link Holdings

Sanlam Private Equity, a subsidiary of the Sanlam Group, has acquired a majority stake in Q Link Holdings, a South African payment solutions provider.

The stake was acquired from UK private equity firm Apis Partners, local private equity firm Multiply Group and other minority shareholders.

The amount of the transaction was not disclosed. It remains subject to regulatory approval.
