Sanlam acquires 40% of Zimnat's capital

On March 29, 2017, Sanlam acquired 40% of the capital of Zimnat for an amount of 11.5 million USD. This operation will allow the South African group to strengthen its presence in Austral Africa.

The Zimbabwean insurer will, on its part, benefit from the technical expertise and the network density of its South African counterpart.
