Saham Assurance Mali gets into bancassurance

On May 4, 2017, Saham assurance Mali concluded a bancassurance agreement with the development bank of Mali (Banque de Développement du Mali - BDM).

The partnership will be centered around the marketing of seven new insurance products through the bank’s agencies. The products include BDM education annuity, BDM pension saving, BDM home insurance, BDM Pharm, BDM travel insurance, BDM assistance insurance for Malian citizens residing abroad and BDM bank overdraft insurance.

Both partners have also developed other services such as online payment.
