Reorganizing the large-risks activities of Allianz

The large-risk operations of the reinsurer Allianz Global Risks (AGR) are getting reorganised while Allianz Marine & Aviation are merging into a new entity: Allianz Global Corporate & Speciality, based in Munich with 2 000 staff members.
The whole of the operations targeted by this move has amounted to 3.75 billion EUR (408 billion USD) premiums for 2005.
