Reorganization of SUNU Group's executive governance

The SUNU Group is in the process of reorganizing its executive governance. The functions of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, previously performed by Pathé Dione, have been separated. Mohamed Bah has been appointed General Manager of the group.

Joël Amoussou and Karim-Frank Dione have been appointed Deputy General Managers.

Pathé Dione will remain Chairman of SUNU's Board of Directors. He is also a member of the management committee.

All these appointments took effect on 1 October 2022.
