Partnership between T&D Insurance Group and Tikehau Capital

Tikehau Capital, a French asset management and investment company, has concluded a strategic partnership with the Japanese life insurer T&D Insurance Group. It is a commercial and financial collaboration between the two partners.

Tikehau Capital, which has opened an office in Tokyo since few months, will therefore be able to strengthen its presence in Japan. The company also intends to move closer to the Japanese financial institutions.

For its part, the Japanese insurer plans to become a shareholder of Tikehau Capital.
