Partnership between NIC and FSD Africa for the digitization of the insurance sector

The National Insurance Commission (NIC) has partnered with Financial Sector Deepening Africa (FSD Africa) to support the digitization of the insurance sector in Ghana.

According to NIC Commissioner Michel Andoh, this collaboration is aimed at modernizing the market and improving citizens' access to insurance services.

Elias Omondi, representative of the Kenya-based development agency, welcomed the initiative. He also highlighted FSD Africa's support for 12 innovators to boost the resilience of the insurance sector.
