A partnership agreement has been sealed between OTP and Groupama

A partnership agreement has been sealed between the Hungarian bank OTP and Groupama over the distribution of life, non-life insurance and bancassurance products in Central Europe. According to the agreement, Groupama is poised to acquire all of the capital of the Hungarian insurer OTP Garancia as well as its subsidiaries in Bulgaria, Romania and Slovenia.
