OSCAR is working with MAVIS for victims of road accidents

Faced with the poor road safety and the failures in the system of liability insurance, the authorities have set up a specific motor insurance window named One-Stop-Claims-Shop (OSCAR). This assistance service for the benefit of road accident casualties operates in collaboration with the Motor Vehicle Accident Victim Insurance Scheme (MAVIS), an indemnification fund under the supervision of the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM).
