Oman Insurance sole shareholder of Dubai Starr Sigorta

Oman Insurance, majority shareholder of Dubai Starr Sigorta with 51%, has acquired the remaining 49% shares held by Dubai Group Sigorta.

This acquisition shall be approved by the regulatory authorities.
