NICO Holdings acquires Imperial Insurance Company

NICO Holdings, a group based in Malawi, has purchased the whole capital of Imperial Insurance Company.
NICO Holdings is Malawi’s most important financial group with a 50% control over Malawian General Insurance.
The Ugandan market has been marked by the arrival of Pan World Insurance, a company based in Zimbabwe, and which set up a new firm called Lion Insurance.
