NICE is giving dividends to shareholders

National Insurance Corporation of Eritrea (NICE) has announced its decision to distributea total amount of 48 million ERN (3.2 million USD) to shareholders, as dividends for the year 2009. This amount has been withheld from the profits achieved.

NICE's portfolio is made up of motor risks at 50%, property at 29%, and marine at 20%. Life insurance accounts for just 1% of the company's turnover.
