New regulations for Taiwanese insurance intermediaries

The Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) intends to introduce draft changes to insurance broking and agency rules.

Such amendment, proposed in response to the introduction of online banking services, aims to tighten the supervision of insurance intermediaries and banks to provide better protection for policyholders.
