Munich Re anticipates an increase in reinsurance rates in 2009

Anticipating on the fallout of the crisis that has hit the whole of the international financial system, the German reinsurer estimates that reinsurance rates are poised to undergo a significant rise. Made in Baden-Baden, the announcement is likely to materialize during the negotiations on the 2009 treaties' renewal.
