Motor insurance: FTUSA launches its new “e-constat” app

The “FTUSA e-constat” digital application has been up and running in Tunisia since 1 November 2025 and has already been adopted by thousands of users.

Developed by the Tunisian Federation of Insurance Companies (FTUSA), the platform enables motorists to report accidents directly from their smartphones and track the progress of their claims in real time. Users can also take photos of the accident, pinpoint the location, and enter details about the parties involved.

This initiative aims to enhance the customer experience, shorten claim processing times, and improve transparency.
