Mauritius Union launches insurance for SMEs

The company Mauritius Union has launched "Biz Pack", an insurance product for small and medium-sized enterprises. The pack offers various coverages including personal accident, third party liability, workmen's compensation, motor and health plans. This product is particularly characterized by its adaptability to the needs and budgets of each company according to a degressive pricing structure.

This initiative has been prompted by the emergence of new risks that are difficult to manage by companies. The company estimates that the insurance market in Mauritius is poised to grow by 5 to 6% in 2017.
