Mauritius Union Assurance (MUA) becomes majority stakeholder of National Mutual Fund (NMF)

With just 2.86% shares in NMF's capital today, MUA's shareholders have given their consent for the company to raise its stockholding to 98.57%. Last November 13, MUA has announced its intention to acquire NMF which detains two capital funds: NMF General Fund, very active in the stock and bond markets, and NMF Property Trust.
