MAPFRE considers the purchase of 50% of DUMO's shares

An alliance project for the marketing of motor insurance products is looming ahead between the Spanish MAPFRE and the Italian Societa Cattolica di Assicurazione .

MAPFRE shall be disbursing 473 million EUR (624 million USD) to get hold of a 50% stake in DUMO, subsidiary of the Italian company.
