The Lloyd Tunisien raises its capital

Within the framework of an action plan designed for the boosting and redeployment of its activi-ties, the Tunisian insurance senior shall proceed to an increase of its capital from 10 to 20 million TND (8 to 16 million USD) on two occasions.
The first phase will be carried out at the end of 2007. The Lloyd Tunisien is seeking a strategic partner for the distribution of new products, especially life insurance and bancassurance.
