Lion of Africa Insurance under the NAICOM's supervision

Following the failure of its merger with Yankari Insurance, Lion of Africa Insurance Company has been placed under NAICOM's supervision while its management was suspended. This measure which will be followed by the liquidation move is the first sanction taken by NAICOM against companies which have failed to achieve their recapitalisation.
