Leadway Assurance awards degrees to 34 young professionals

Leadway Assurance has recently granted diplomas to 34 young professionals after they successfully completed the 2022 edition of the company's graduate trainee program.

The six-month program provides trainees with the skills necessary to kick-start their careers with the company.

Training modules focused on problem solving, networking, company culture, as well as technical, soft and digital skills.

The aim was to provide career opportunities to young people and to build their professional capacity to work in Leadway Assurance's various departments.
