Japan, Nippon Life Insurance increases its stake in Reliance Life Capital

Nippon Life Insurance increases its stake in Reliance Life Insurance 23%. After taking initial 26% stake in 2011, the Japanese reinsurer currently controls 49% of its Indian counterpart. With this transaction, the company has been renamed Reliance Nippon Life instead of Reliance Life Insurance.
