Insured losses revised upward for the Tianjin disaster

The bill for the August 2015 Tianjin disaster is getting heavier. For Chinese insurers, this bill goes from 1.2 billion USD to 1.5 billion USD.

Losses pertaining to global reinsurance market could reach 3.5 billion USD or 5 billion USD. Some estimates evaluate the total insured losses at 8 billion USD.
