Increase of the Nigerian market’s capitalization

The capitalization of the Nigerian market has reached 670 billion NGN (4.856 billion USD) in 2008versus 30 billion NGN (243.12 billion USD) in 2006. This increase is accounted for by the reforms that have beenadopted by the authorities in order to promote merger-acquisitions and the injection of local and foreign capitals in the sector's companies.
