Good governance as a prerequisite for corporate sustainable development

The latest assembly of insurance brokers' association, the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB), which has about 500 members, has dedicated its debate to the topic of good governance as a prerequisite for corporate sustainable development. Being the subject of a code of conduct, governance has become public news since the restructuring process of the insurance sector began.
