Generali: new appointments

Generali is making three new appointments to its management team.

Francesco Martorana has been promoted Group Chief Investment Officer. After working at JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank and Allianz, Martorana joined Generali in 2013, where he has held a number of senior positions over the course of eight years with the company.

Bruno Servant is taking over from F. Martorana as Chief Executive Officer of Generali Insurance Asset Management. B. Servant has more than 30 years of professional experience, including 13 years with Generali France.

Both appointments became effective on 1 March 2021.

Effective 15 April 2021, Tim Rainsford has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Generali Investments Partners. However, T. Rainsford will retain his position as Global Head of Sales, which he has held since September 2020.
