Fitch Ratings affirms the rating of Société Centrale de Réassurance

Fitch Ratings has confirmed the AAA (Mar) financial strength rating of Société Centrale de Réassurance (SCR) with a stable outlook.

The rating is attributed to SCR's strong capitalization, good financial performance, business profile, conservative reserving policy, and efficient reinsurance programs.

In 2021, the Moroccan reinsurer recorded a turnover of 2.615 billion MAD (279.81 million USD) and a net result of 311 million MAD (33.27 million USD).
