Financial Services Commission is reinforcing the supervision of insurance agents

In order to protect consumers, the Financial Services Commission (FSC), in charge of regulating and monitoring the insurance sector, has consolidated the supervision of registered insurance agents. The latter are now to abide by the February 19, 2004 circular requiring of them to pass on detailed information to the FSC.
