Establishment of an insurance dispute arbitration committee

An insurance dispute arbitration committee will soon be established in Kuwait. The entity is composed of legal experts and is tasked to settle disputes and litigations between insurance companies and policyholders and amongst insurers themselves.

It is designed to review complaints and prepare reports which will subsequently be submitted to the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
