Creation of the national federation of Mauritanian insurers

Gathered for a constituent general assembly meeting, on April 26, 2004, the insurance companies operating in Mauritania decided to set up a federation called “Fédération Nationale des Assureurs de Mauritanie”, (FNAM), (Mauritania's National Insurers Federation).
Mr. Abderrahmane Ould Boubou, managing director of NASR company, was elected chairman of the new federation.
