Compagnie Centrale de Réassurance: capital increase

Compagnie Centrale de Réassurance (CCR) has increased its share capital from 30 billion DZD (228.4 million USD) to 40 billion DZD (304.5 million USD).

This 10 billion DZD (76.1 million USD) increase will enable the reinsurer to strengthen its financial base and boost the development of its activities on the domestic and international markets.

As a reminder, CCR closed the 2024 financial year with a turnover of 50.057 billion DZD (366.4 million USD) and a net profit of 7.634 billion DZD (55.9 million USD).
