China Re P&C granted a license in Egypt

China Property & Casualty Reinsurance Company (China Re P&C) has been granted approval by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) to conduct reinsurance operations in the Egyptian market.

This brings the number of reinsurers authorized by FRA to 298 companies from 54 countries. Founded in 2003, China Re P&C is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Re Group, specializing in non-life reinsurance.
