Chedid Direct to acquire a majority stake in MMR Holding

Chedid Direct, a subsidiary of Chedid Capital Holding, has acquired a majority stake in MMR Holding, the UAE-based company that owns the digital insurance comparison platform "BuyAnyInsurance".

This transaction allows Chedid Capital to expand its presence in the United Arab Emirates, by assisting brokers and consumers in choosing and managing their insurance needs.
