The Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) is facing many challenges

The Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria is designed to train individuals in the sector wishing to undertake a career in the insurance business. According to its general manager, this state-run institution is faced with many challenges, the most important of which relate to the organization's funding, the promotion of insurance as a career and the search for candidates endowed with an acceptable level. A large-scale move has been considered to find 5000 new students in less than three years. In its 22 years of existence, CIIN has certified 1289 insurance professionals.
