Capitalworks targets Aon's African portfolio

Capitalworks, a South African investment company is about to buy Aon's brokerage business in ten markets, namely Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Swaziland, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Angola.

This transaction will give rise to a new entity that will become the exclusive correspondent of British broker Aon in these regions. The operation would currently be subject to the approval of the competent authorities.
