BP purchases 43% of Marocaine Vie

In light of the strategic partnership between the groups Banques Populaires (BP) and Société Générale, BP has entered the insurance sector with the acquisition of 43.53% of The Marocaine Vie's stakes. The deal amounts to 93.6 million MAD (12 million USD). Endowed with the largest network in Morocco, BP will be exclusively distributing a new range of lifel insurance products.
