BH Assurance: 2022 net result and dividend distribution

BH Assurance has ended the 2022 financial year with a 1.5% increase in its profit to 13.3 million TND (4.2 million USD).

The Tunisian insurer will hold its ordinary General Meeting on 25 April 2023. On this occasion, the company's Board of Directors will propose the distribution of a dividend of 1.25 TND (0.4 USD) per share for the past year.
