Best Re, nomination of a new administrator

Charles Werner Skrzynski is on Best Re's board of directors. Engineer from the School of Arts and Crafts, C.W. Skrzynski started out his career at Mutuelles du Mans Assurances (former Mutuelle Générale Française Accidents).
After several positions of responsibility in direct insurance, he was entrusted with the group's reinsurance department in 1987. Later, he was appointed general manager of Le Mans Re then became CEO of XL Re Europe.
