AXA: Moody's rating

Moody's has assigned an "Aa3" financial strength rating to AXA and raised its long-term credit rating by one notch. The outlook was upgraded from "under review" to "stable".

This decision follows AXA's transformation into an internal reinsurer. This transformation involves the merger of AXA Holding SA with its reinsurance captive AXA Global Re, which was finalized on 30 June 2022.

It should be recalled that AXA has been authorized by the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) to carry out life and non-life reinsurance activities in France.
