AXA: The integration of XL Group should take two years

A few months after the purchase of the XL Group was finalised, AXA began integrating its new Bermuda-based acquisition. According to the leaders of the new AXA XL entity, the integration process should be completed within two years.

This acquisition of XL Group by AXA amounted to 15.6 billion USD. It allows the French leader to target the world's number one position in property and casualty insurance.
