Axa CS has finalised the takeover of Matrix Risk Consultants Inc

Specialized in property, aviation, marine and aerospace insurance for big international firms, Axa Corporate Solutions (Axa CS) has finalised the takeover of American Matrix Risk Consultants Inc., a risk prevention company. The acquisition, whose amount has not been disclosed, is expected to consolidate AXA's technical capacity and confirms its strategy of expansion on the American and Asian markets.
