AtlantaSanad introduces a chatbot service

AtlantaSanad has launched a new service on the Moroccan market, featuring a conversational chatbot integrated into instant messaging applications (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram) and into the chat application on its website.

This technological solution uses artificial intelligence to simulate conversations with human users.

The chatbot is programmed to provide policyholders with relevant answers about their insurance products: motor, complementary health and comprehensive homeowner's insurance.
