Result of a transaction worth 1.43 billion USD, Aon Benfield, the world leader in reinsurance brokerage, has announced the adoption of a structuring plan over three years aimed at cutting 185 million USD in costs up to 2011. At the close of this restructuring, 700 jobs will be suppressed.
